Live Online One-on-One Tutoring: ACT Prep
Why Choose Prime Learning Center?
- Flexible Approach: PLC tutors realize that not every student learns the same way. Tutors account for the student’s unique needs and consider multiple perspectives when preparing and executing lessons.
- First-hand Experience: Our tutors have achieved excellent scores in the ACT subjects they tutor. They have in-depth knowledge about not only the content of the test but also effective test-taking strategies, making them more qualified than other teachers.
- Tutoring Material: These days, students can easily be overwhelmed by the sheer amount of resources that are available to them--from countless name-brand study guides to online programs. We have reviewed a wide variety of ACT materials and use what students and tutors have found work. We create comprehensive custom syllabi and lesson plans to make sure students get the most out of their courses.
- Guided Practice: Students are taught precisely what skills they need and given guided practice. Homework is an important part of our curriculum, as continual reinforcement is vital to improving one's score.
- Essays: Many other test prep programs do not offer students personalized writing help, but PLC's writing tutors take the time to give frequent, personalized corrections and suggestions for improvement.
☞ One-on-one tutoring consists of 20 hours. This package includes six 3-hour sessions with the tutor, in addition to a diagnostic test and simulation test.
We ask that parents and students review the following information regarding our Live Online ACT courses before classes start.
